THIS PHONE SEEMS TO BE OLD THE FACE IS SCRATCHED AND LESS THAN A WEEK INTO USING IT THE ENTIRE ROW OF NUMBERS AND LETTERS ON THE SEVEN ETC. PAD IS NOT WORKING.THE PHONE IS LOVELY BUT I FEEL SCAMMED BY THE MERCHANTS!
